Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater
For years, Grace has watched the wolves in the woods behind her house. One yellow-eyed wolf--her wolf--is a chilling presence she can't seem to live without. Meanwhile, Sam has lived two lives: In winter, the frozen woods, the protection of the pack, and the silent company of a fearless girl. In summer, a few precious months of being human . . . until the cold makes him shift back again.
Now, Grace meets a yellow-eyed boy whose familiarity takes her breath away. It's her wolf. It has to be. But as winter nears, Sam must fight to stay human--or risk losing himself, and Grace, forever.
Personally, I'm not loving the craze the book world is in right now, vampires, werewolves, things that go bump in the night, to a point it turn me off reading books; before college i easily read up to a 100 books a year. -summer break helped a lot! though if you looked at my writing skills you would think i was lying.
but i could no longer not read!! and thankfully i came across a forum that had downloads for e books, so to test the water wouldn't bite a hole into my wallet. so i downloaded a few.
I'm only maybe 25% in this book, and i haven't fully given my heart to it, but it's getting there.if you ever see the book in a book store; buy it.
though I'm only read a little bit, it's still worth its money.I'm done reading it, it left a bitter sweet taste in my mouth, maybe because i wanted tragedy...
the author also made a play list for the book.
